How often will you email me?
We normally send about 3 emails per month.

What is the free birthday pie offer?

Please note:  if you register during your birthday month, your first birthday offer will be the following year.  Don’t worry – we have plenty of other great offers to share with you!

How quickly is my registration activated?
We process information as soon as we receive it with a goal of sending your welcome note out within 5-7 business days.  If you have registered for a shop that is not yet open, we will hold the initial email until closer to the Shop’s opening date so you can take advantage of the promotional offer we send with the welcome email.
