Flower Mound

Amy has always loved pie and when she tasted Buttermilk Sky Pie Shop’s Key Lime Pie, it was love at first bite! Amy has been to pie shops all over Texas to find the best pie and once she found Buttermilk Sky Pie, she knew she wanted to open one herself.     

Flower Mound is home. Amy is a graduate of Coppell High School and she has lived in the Flower Mound/Argyle area most of her adult life. Her family is still here and they are all very close. She is excited to not just delight friends, family and the community with delicious pies, but also to support programs that promote serving others and kindness. Amy is committed to honoring professions that serve the public including first responders, teachers and medical personnel.

It is no surprise that Amy’s favorite pie remains Key Lime. She is counting down the days until she starts her ovens and opens her shop’s doors. Amy hopes you will stop by to meet her, explore the menu and find your favorite pie.
